Apparently, a new software is published and claimed to be able to jailbreak (not unlock) iPhone latest firmwares. Check out Spirit from the below web for more info and to download the software.

* iPhone (unlock/activated), iPad and iPod Touch on latest firmwares (3.1.2, 3.1.3 & 3.2)
* iTunes version 9 and above
